No room for growth, no yearly pay raises, no benefits for full time workers, no PTO or sick pay for anyone. I was lucky to have asked for a higher wage during interview b/c of my experience or I would have been paid min wage my entire time working there. I had coworkers who have worked there for years and make the same pay as when they started. But the prices still go up every 6 months. Franchise owner doesn't provide insurance benefits for full time employees, though it is labor law. Hires and fires heavily during the busy times of the year. Management is in a bad mood 50% of the time and it shows to staff and customers. They fire ppl without giving write ups and following procedure. Often asking staff about their personal lives and gossiping so everyone knows everybody else's business. They also don't provide sick pay. I never called out and always requested days off at least 2 weeks ahead of time and am very professional. This is the 1st time in my 20 years of working that I have been compelled to write a review(warning). This company may be great on a corporate level but the franchise owner/managent is not interested in the wellbeing of employees.
