Overall, a good place to grow in your career and even better if you have a passion for fitness.
Cons
Mistakes by past leadership mean there are fires to put out after a bonfire to put out. Talked a good game about work-life balance but there was lots of pressure to grind as if it was a small Silicon Valley startup.
