People-focused environment - Program Lead Bogart Associates Employee Review

It has been great working for Bogart. I have noticed hand holding for those who need it, but absolutely no micro-managing for those who don't. They host events/lunches/dinners regularly which is nice from a small company. $1000 IT/Health benefit seemingly bottomless certificate reimbursement $6k tuition reimbursement

Most jobs have red flags; that is expected. I have seen none since I have been here (1 year). My one con isn't really a con because it's free money...4% match (with employee 10%) is on the low side for this environment. First world problem, I know, but it could easily sway someone to go somewhere else.

The company offers an impressive benefits package, including health insurance and generous leave policies. They truly care about the well-being of their employees. There is a strong sense of community and support. Everyone knows each other, and collaboration is encouraged. Being a woman-owned business, there's a strong emphasis inclusiveness which makes the workplace welcoming for everyone.

As their focus is heavily on other contracted functions, those in government ISD contracting might find fewer opportunities to expand or explore new roles.
