It's a job with standard benefits. Most of the people are really good to work with.
Cons
The Industrial Engineer position is an entry-level management position and has nothing to do with engineering. They just fluff the title to try and compensate for the low pay, I guess. If you have an engineering degree, I recommend you keep looking or prepare to give up any dreams of an engineering career. If you're an engineer with engineering experience, you will be disappointed with this position.
