      Employees are genuine helpful and always easy work with.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic management team not understating agile methodology and want to implement large corporations mentality and ethics, which unfortunately is because that is what kind of background they come from and not keen on learning new things.

      The people! You get a lot of freedom and trust. Also a very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Management isn't great, which I guess something a lot of startup/scaleup companies are struggling with.
