small company, not a lot of room to grow

get event experience quickly, nice clients

toxic workplace (boss talks negatively about employees behind their backs, throws employees under the bus, gaslights, inappropriate behavior, zero DEI/gender equity), extremely overworked during event season (9-10 hours per day in the office, directly into 3 or 4 days on the weekend on site which are 12-15 hours each, then back to the office with no break, not getting paid overtime!), very small company so not much room for advancement
