Pros

There are team players and young people with potential!

Cons

Was very thrown off thinking that I was applying for a marketing internship. Passed all interview questions and was immediately placed to work outside for 8+ hours campaigning for a company I have never heard of before. This was a non-paid experience and they would give you a test in which they would make you approach strangers in the street with a " sales pitch". Keep in mind that this was out in the streets during a pandemic with no salary. The guy in charge looked really sus and would hype everyone up before they were sent out to make sales. It was very very confusing. High Turn over rates and they really need to get a new building because it was in the worst area of Santa Ana and I remember that the building's lights went out.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to this organization

Cons

Red flags at every corner. Very sneaky about the way they pay employees, commission only. You go into grocery stores and supermarkets and try to get people to buy Internet. This is a multi level marketing Scheme. False promises and a joke of a business. Try to make you quit your social life and focus only on soliciting cable/wifi.
