      Work from home! thats it!

      Cons

      Politics is rampant. Processes are not followed. Power tripping from the management. Your voice will not be heard. Heavy workload. No incentives " why should you be paid when you're already being paid to do your job "- as per our Cxm SR. Zero transparency! you could just find yourself suddenly unemployed! some Team Captains are not really helpful and will mock as if your the dumbest creature.

      Pros

      Team work was outstanding and accepting people no matter what race, gender base they were it was a welcome space to work at and there was always opportunity to improve your working skills.

      I really don't have anything negative to say I just wish I could have had the opportunity to work there again
