Pros

From my very first day at Boldspace I felt warmly welcome. The onboarding process was really thorough and I met all of the senior managers within the first few days separately, which was a really nice touch to understand the structure of the agency. The team are all genuinely lovely people. There are no big egos here and discussions and meetings are very collaborative. Incredible benefits package, the best I have ever seen, especially for a young growing business. Training and progression. Boldspace management have written their very own training manual from the ground up, which includes comprehensive teachings from the integrated services that we offer but also the agency operations and finance fundamentals, which is all really unique and interesting. Amazing offices on the floor below a roof terrace. Cool clients and really interesting work. As the agency have a very integrated offering, it is fun to see how different services join up together for a broader view of the marketing mix. Free drinks, fruit, snacks. Really fun social gatherings regularly.

Cons

Haven't encountered any so far :)

Pros

Boldspace is a great company to work for. The company culture is really positive, the work is interesting and the right level of challenging, there is a lot of autonomy to achieve what you want and I've always felt the business' management is supportive. I couldn't really wish for much more from an employer and I feel like I made a great decision coming to work at Boldspace.

Cons

None I have encountered so far.

Pros

Boldspace's flexible approach to working is a huge pro for me and feels empowering. I know exactly what I am tasked to do and feel prepared to excel at it alongside having the flexibility to manage an appropriate work-life balance. The culture is amazing and a huge amount of effort is put into organising regular socials and activities that allow you to have fun, learn, and connect with colleagues outside of the office. Colleagues are very supportive of one another, inside of work of course but also for important events that happen outside of work. Really great benefits and much appreciated! Especially Heka. Feels very good to remember you have an extra £50 locked away every month to spend on something.

Cons

Young/growing agency means that some parts of the business are not as organised and established as others. However, proactive growth plans are in place and we are heading in the right direction.
