The company provides a good salary and team build. The overall working environment is welcoming and satisfying. The company values the existence of every person. The working hour is usually under 75 hours for programmers and under 50 for non-programming employees, which is quite acceptable in China.

The required technology stack is low. There's not enough challenges and experience you can get here. As a small company, it preferred employees solving problems but doesn't help improve the capabilities of employees. Neither does it provide enough work experience and learning opportunities to young employees, nor could it give senior workers high salary.
