Pros
In the last 4 years I have grown as a person a restaurant worker and so many other ways, all thanks through my time at Boloco. I look forward everyday to going to work and making a customer smile. I have had so many opportunity's and doors open for me with my time at Boloco. I have also met some of the greatest people that are in my life and for that I can't thank Boloco enough. All in all I love my job.
Cons
IV had many experience that have made me question my time at Boloco but I guess my biggest hardship here has been the frequency of management shifylts and changes I was often told opportunity's would open then management would change or leave wich has left me very insecure about new management
