Pros

Boloco pays you very, very generously compared to most other restaurants in the industry, and helps you develop a good skill set (multitasking efficiently, putting customers at ease, managing problems that arise at a moment's notice, etc.) that lends itself well to opportunities beyond Boloco. The crew is wonderful, too, with a positive energy that really makes it no wonder why they mesh so well.

Cons

There were many times when I simply did not feel comfortable approaching management about anything, such as scheduling needs. It really doesn't help when I'm trying my best to do my work correctly and get harshly rebuked about one thing or another. Communication was mediocre at times, too, namely regarding promos and changes to the menu. It said enough when few of us felt comfortable explaining the Passport system to customers accurately until at least a full week or two had passed. Also, if word gets out about a promo, and your store is understaffed, be prepared for a long night, with cranky customers to boot.
