Pros

- The client base is varied with exciting national and international artists, labels, festivals, promoters and brands to work on - The company is full of good people and talented individuals with strong knowledge in their respective fields - Bolster has a load of ambitious heads who take pride in their work - Management will help to develop your career and are prepared to move or make changes to help staff - Many colleagues hang out after work with each other or attend events as a group - Management trust staff to get their work done in a flexible manner and rely on people to use their initiative - you're treated as an adult - The office is a beautiful and versatile space, which is welcoming to everyone. Management are kind enough to stock the fridge and cupboards with food and drink - Access to gig tickets, weekly yogas classes and regular work socials - It's one of the nicest places to work in my experience

Cons

- The company is in a period of growth and growing pains occur. Be prepared to get stuck in and use your initiative, you'll need to buy into the vision of the company - Turnaround times are short, it's the nature of the industry and Bolster try their hardest to satisfy clients, sometimes at the detriment of staff - The company doesn't have many senior staff members aside from top management, although this is changing - Time management and organisation is being improved but is often a big cause of stress to members of the team - No one is a bad person but it can sometimes come across that way in communication
