      There is some flexibility when kid events come up. There are so many employees and managers that do a really bad job, that it does make you feel like a rock star.

      Poor Management on every level, people put in manager roles that should not be,

      Pros

      Nice trucks. Management that knows your name, not just your truck number. Pet and family friendly. If truck breaks down, they don’t sit on it, they get it fixed! Just an fyi, I only left cause my husband had 4 strokes. So I needed to be home full time, otherwise, I’d still be working for Bolt!

      Cons

      It’s truck driving, there will always be down sides. Communication can always be improved.
