Pros
Bolt Express is a wonderful employer in the Toledo, OH area. They specialize in Time Critical Logistic needs both on asset and through broker, ground or air, and even Canada and Mexico. Working here is great, there is a wealth of knowledge from talented individuals who know the industry. Being able to lean and learn from them is great. Doors are always open and you can even talk to the Chief Officers if you wanted. They like to focus on having fun while you work, but maintaining top notch service. They enjoy spoiling us workers with popcorn, coffee, competitions, games, food, and even the occasional road trip or company outing to the Local Mud-hens/Walleye Game.
Cons
Nothing that is Bolt Specific, but more any newer business con. Being a newer company that is growing ever rapidly there is a lot of learning to do. So sometimes you have to remember to breathe, step back, and remember things will be ok. So in short make sure you have some patience, but otherwise its pretty awesome to work there.
