      Products are excellent and well made.

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership team with a rigid top-down approach to management. Company culture has gone downhill. I think Bombas has lost focus on what's important. Seems that the people don't really care about the mission to help the homeless community anymore, not to mention the employees. It is all performative. We used to have more transparency into business decisions, personnel or otherwise.

      Pros

      Coworkers are good people, but I can't say the same things for leadership!

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent, but they act as if they do everything all by themselves! Employees do all the hard work, but leadership takes credit for all of it and treats them as nothing more than cannon fodders! Even if you were desperate for a job, I wouldn't recommend working here under any circumstances!
