Extreme amount of stress, no work-life balance, no concept of over time - people end up working for 10-11 hours a day, no salary payments on time, ridiculous excuses on payment delays, encourages you to lie and deceit clients and candidates and teaches you that this is how HR works

Nothing at all positive. Company only runs on Boss's parents money
