Great people to work for

I can't think of any cons

Bond is a great company. You get to work with innovative technology and a great startup culture where there's beer in the fridge and cute dogs walking around. The work is super easy and satisfying and if there's room to gain more responsibility they're always willing to give it to you. There were weekly meetings amongst the departments and monthly meetings and parties amongst the entire company.

There was lots of favoritism in the department and most higher ups or managers literally based their opinions or reviews on what their favorite employee had to say. They pretend to listen but already have their minds made. If there was a conflict in the department there wasn't much fact checking done to solidify the claim. People were even let go or penalized/reprimanded just based on the word of another employee without discussion, reconciliation or proof. It was much like working in a high school where the popular kids were also the teachers grading you.
