Pros
Company is quite reputable in the IoT sector of Bangladesh. Open office, so the workstation, although a bit noisy, seemed very developer friendly. Great teammates, felt like family. Collaboration between other dev teams was quite nice and you could just walk and talk to everyone at the office freely.
Cons
Salary was way below standard and not based on performance/experience. No prospect on career. Zero work/life balance at all. Crisis situations happens very regularly, so have to overwork regularly as well! Management as a whole (top-to-mid) seemed scattered & directionless. The requirements, schedule and client management was also quite bad.
