Pros

Culture is huge at Bonfire, enjoying where you work, and the actual work that you do makes it easy to come in every day. They put their money where their mouth is and deliver on promises to both staff and clients. If you want to work with really smart people who have great banter, genuinely care about the work you do, need a work-life balance, love to share/teach/learn and want to work with or for people who care about you, then Bonfire is the place to be.

Cons

Top heavy management - not necessarily a bad thing probably a legacy thing as they have been around for over 20 years. a lot of processes - really great for some people, creative types might struggle

Cons

They don't pay particularly well. Very SEO-focused, so not much exposure to advertising.
