Decent corporation to work for, pretty much everyone is amiable and approachable. Money is good if you're a closer. Good corporate support that listens to their employees. If you need time off it's usually given.

Management seems to be in constant flux, High turnover rate. Sometimes upper management takes a swing at drastic changes that shoot them in the foot. Usual service industry stuff.
