Pros
Bonusly by for has been one of the best places I've ever worked. The mission of making work better is inspiring and the leadership direction is on point.
I liked the remote flexibility the most and being able to get past red tape very easily v.s. sticking to status quo.
Good people and culture.
Cons
The only con is that the company goes through a lot of change, but that is not atypical for a Series B start-up. Management has been in touch and committed to transparency, seeking feedback openly and conducting engagement surveys to help improve with the team's help.
It's a great environment if you like working in a small company that is innovative and all hands on deck. If you like more structure that bigger companies are probably a better place for you, but otherwise typical of what you would expect of any small company or start up.
