Pros
Promising idea, great collaboration between colleagues.
Cons
A tech startup with a popinjay salesman for CEO, who used the investors' money and his position for funding his own vacations around the world. At the end he shamelessly tried to put the blame on his unpaid employees for his failure to set a strategy for the company, allocate capital for its needs and fulfil any of his promises, since only a joke of a CEO running the company for three years would ask unpaid employees mostly hired during its last year "WTF? Where did the money go?"... I find it hard to believe that this person poses as a startup mentor. One can't know for sure what kind of advice he ever gave to the company's co-founders and COOs, but it's more than obvious that his attitude set an example among them and ultimately turned Book'n'Bloom from a clever idea to a complete disaster.
