Staff are supported to take lunch breaks, with contracts allowing 20–60 minutes to suit individual needs, and our time-keeping system ensures everyone gets a break. Our kitchen is fully equipped, with unlimited refreshments and regular food treats for all to enjoy. Overtime is optional and paid, and contracts are flexible and agreed individually. Holiday allowances are above statutory minimums, with an additional option of 10 days of unpaid leave. Bonuses are often provided, either as monetary rewards or additional paid days off.
