Those in charge are efficient and helpful in dealing with issues, questions about pay, addressing concerns, meeting your needs.

The work is rewarding but difficult as it always is working with children. This makes it even more important to have a strong administrative staff. Each day is different and although the training is thorough, it’s overarching rather that specific to the many obstacles that you will face working with children.

It's great working with the kids and the other staff members. There was proper training and everybody was supportive. I grew a lot and became more comfortable.

There isn't always a lot of positive criticism and there isn't a lot of structure.
