      Pros

      Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. They're always willing to help with tasks. The remote setup and flexible hours also make it easy to work at your preferred time.

      Cons

      There are early meetings, sometimes as early as 7:30 AM. But the overall flexibility makes it manageable.
