Pros

I wish I had some.

Cons

HR dismisses concerns, even when approached by entire team. No one is even close to hitting goals. No one is making money. Two people just quit and they want to hire more even though we have 5 people already (just in Tampa).

Thank you very much for your feedback. As the Director of Human Resources, I want to offer you a sincere apology for making you feel like your concerns are not heard and/or addressed. I do want to make it clear that every single concern/complaint/question brought to my attention is followed up on and treated with respect and urgency. While that may not always appear to be the case due to necessary levels of discretion, I will use this feedback as an opportunity to learn from and work on providing more thorough responses and follow-up whenever possible. There has never been a time when an entire team has approached with any concerns, so if I missed something, I definitely encourage the team to bring it to my attention as this sounds really important. I encourage you to reach out to your manager to discuss your concerns directly. If you do not feel comfortable addressing these with your manager, I would encourage you to reach out to the VP of Sales, Bo Hurd.

Pros

Great company to work for! The salary, benefits and work/life balance is great. They encourage you to take your PTO to recharge. Everyone is willing to help you if you have questions or issues, including colleagues and management. Very fun and friendly place to work and you get to meet people from all across the globe!

Cons

Nothing really, just that it was somewhat of a new-ish role and company, a lot of people were laid off about 3 months in to the job.

Pros

It’s a company. Internet reimbursement is nice. Tech stack is decent. PTO is easy to take whenever. Team events are fun and blow money on events.

Cons

Let me save you the trouble of scrolling to the rest of this page and let me give you the rundown of this company. Which i had the fortunate AND misfortune of working with multiple teams here. Onboarding here is a joke. The People team will give you a rundown of The Who’s who and make you do team exercises to break the ice with the other new hires. I’ve never been part of an onboarding process so awkward. Once done, you have 30 days to complete training of how to use the Booksy app, which is complete meaningless if you’ll never work with the app directly or what it’s about. Sales Managers are clueless, especially 2 EMEA leads, it’s all about numbers, numbers, and numbers and have no consideration of what the IT/People team have to do to do last min hires to get them onboarded. Quotas do high the turn around for this company is 4-5 months. Some Field Reps are overqualified, others are dingbats.

People team are nice, but thats about it. A lil clueless on their end (depending on who) and easy to be pushed around, including their own team.

SalesOps team is a bunch of ZocDoc guys still trying figure out wtf this company is about but at least they draw numbers and know what needs to get done. Engineering team….decent. Product could be so much better. Wix can be a better UI to be honest. IT are nice people but their leadership is super questionable on decisions. One is lazy af and delegates his work to others. Feeling wise and reading other commentary, is that Poland usually promotes their own country (wo)men over any other region. Things have to be implemented quickly instead of useless pipelines which take months.
