I landed my dream job at Boomi. Not only because I believed in the product but the people! The Culture. It was fantastic until the new C Suite. I had just been promoted to a very senior role but the following week my boss, and majority of our team lost our jobs due to the layoffs. Since then - I have received awful communication from Boomi Offboarding, Employees who are there currently and those who left have no idea what the next stage is of the company. Everyone is asking questions and no one is getting answers. All of us who have been layed off have been given zero indication on next steps and the entire company looks like it is about to go belly up. Unless you are a new CEO, COO, CFO that can come in and flip this - stay away.
