Pros

I’ve been working here as a Digital Marketing Manager and it’s been such a positive experience. The company culture is built on trust — I’m given the freedom to do my job without being micromanaged, and my manager genuinely supports growth and continuous learning. The workload is fair and manageable, the clients are great, and my coworkers are friendly and collaborative even though we all work remotely. It’s a professional but relaxed environment where people are treated with respect.

Cons

Since it’s a smaller company, there’s not a ton of room for upward movement, but it’s a great place to build skills and take ownership of your work. Being remote also means you have to make a little extra effort to stay connected with the team day to day. Overall, it’s a solid company with great people and a healthy work-life balance.

Pros

Family like atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with. CEO is exceptionally intelligent, understanding, easy to talk to, fun to work with, and passionate about the work. Work from home so no commuting. 3% IRA matching. Flexible with vacation time.

Cons

No health benefits. No reimbursement for co-working space makes working from home become difficult over time. You have to use your own computer and phone. If either breaks, it's on you. No reimbursement for home office expenses or internet expenses. No flexible schedule. Small company means changes to clients can mean quick lay offs. It also means that there is only so high that you can rise in the ranks. The 2 sides of management would sometimes give conflicting directions, which made it unclear on what you should really be doing.
