Pros
Hr dept is pretty nice and caring. There are always some activities you can take part in. Coworkers are very supportive and friendly.
Cons
The company prefers to keep non-effective (not all of them, of course) managers and lost several talented workers because of that. Also, salary raises are not scheduled. Any time you try to start the discussion, it goes through a tough process with a minimum result.
