      They make good products made to a high quality

      Cons

      Senior management are completely incompetent delivering low standards of care to the employees, who despite the challenges always deliver. Senior exec give a direction only to change their minds within a couple of weeks leading to horrendous customer relations.

      Friendly staff and teams who were nice and helpful. Most want to do the wrong thing

      Goals are not defined and change daily. Unable to create SOP as no one will make a decision or delegate a decision
