4yThank you for taking time to leave your feedback, it is another way we can listen and improve. We agree that the ESOP is a great business model. To ensure all employee-owners’ voices are heard, we began utilizing regular engagement surveys in 2017. We listen to employee-owners and then each team creates an action plan based on feedback. Our participation rate in our 2021 survey was 91%.
