Pros
Although the company itself is large, the individual clinics are run somewhat differently. A lot of your experience whether good or bad can be dependent on management. You do get to see a vast array of diagnosis while working here, which only helps with your knowledge and skillset.
You also get 1/2 day Fridays which is a nice bonus for a longer weekend.
Cons
Pay is on the lower side relatively compared to competitor clinics.
Due to having 1/2 day Friday's you are going to be working longer hours on Monday through Thursday.
