Work is easy, good people in the factory. Some management are good people and try their best. They let you put your overtime in lieu.

Management only care about production, wanted time off to spend with my mum with a brain tumour got told that I couldn’t because we were short staffed. Micromanaging can get a bit extreme.

Good people to work with

Bad management Favouritism and no communication amongst staff Get talked down by said management and think they are all that because they are on a better pay packet.
