Pros

The atmosphere can be very relaxed (not necessarily relaxing though); You may have a lot of flexibility depending on your supervisor; You will be left alone and not assigned additional work as long as you are getting the work done that has been given to you and you make it look like it is occupying all of your time -- One popular method is to stuff your calendar full of meetings so it looks like you are extremely busy and then talk about how you can't get anything done because of all these meetings; Once you get membership to the good ol' boys club you can ride the gravy train -- good luck though getting membership; The fashion police are always available to make sure no clothing is worn which may clash with their own cutting edge style;

Cons

There are people who are not assigned additional work as long as they can make it look like what little work has been given to them is taking up all of their time -- this can also be a pro (see above); Management are a bunch of cowards who do not hold people accountable for their poor output; Little to no communication from management; If you believe in getting paid a fair wage for equal quantity/quality of work as your peers than BW is the wrong place for you; Worker bees are expendable -- squeeze everything possible out of them and let them go rather than develop and retain them
