Pros
Working at Westbon gives me a good opportunity to learn and grow with company. I gained valuable insights of lending industry and hand-on accounting skills during the past years. Since Westbon grows dramatically, I gained more skillsets than I expected, and I would say, more than general accountant role in big public company. Additionally, working at Westbon has chance to work closely with senior management where you can see clearly how business decisions were made and where they would lead the company to.
Cons
Westbon is located in a co-working space where good catering is offered everyday. Also varieties of BBQ parties held in summer are difficult for weight control. : (
