      Good company but with usual big company downfalls - Applications Engineer Bosch Employee Review

      Pros

      Good company with good culture. The office is new and is very nice. They are flexible with you working from home after the initial learning curve is done (they usually prefer to train people in person).

      Cons

      No formal training structure. All the training was "on the job", which is usually pretty painful. No one has time to really train you and many engineers just aren't good at explaining things. They would very much benefit from a structured training program. Also very hard to move up in the company. Politics plays a huge role and willingness to relocate as well. Pay is not that great compared to other engineering companies.

      Pros

      Manager is great - get overtime hours.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
