Pros
Nice people, cafeterias at each MA facility, okay benefits, casual dress code for most, volunteer/community service programs, women's programs, and some other advantages like an internal marketplace. Good discount on products. Nice view at corporate center & r&d buildings with a walking path.
Cons
I heard so much that Bose was such a great company when Dr. Bose was leading it but since his passing, not necessarily the CEO, but it seems like high-level, but more so middle level management, is severely draining this once "great place to work" of its supposed Essence & Values by the way it treats its employees. From its unexpected lay offs and discharges to some of its most committed and long term employees leaving for competitors, Bose isn't the same company. Be careful and ask A LOT of questions before continuing with them.
