What happened to this once great company - Anonymous employee Bose Employee Review

Where do I begin....Bose used to value its employees, Dr Bose really built this company up. After he passed in 2013, the company went downhill, getting rid of all their once valued employees, going against everything Dr Bose stood for. It's such a shame. I would not feel secure working here, they continue to lay ppl off, offering a VERO package for a second time, and are only hiring entry level people. Poor Dr Bose.
