No long term future - Anonymous employee Bose Employee Review

EVERYTHING is being outsourced or sent overseas. Primarily hire what they say is temp(through Randstad) to hire but they have no intentions of hiring full time employees. I worked for the company for a total of 18 years and had been laid off 3 different times. I would never, ever considering working there again....wondering if today is the day you are going to be laid off promotes a toxic work environment. The third and final layoff was the best thing that could have ever happened career wise.
