      The benefits are good - nice to have options for MA-based employees for healthcare; most people are sincere and passionate about their jobs; ability to work from home in most roles; casual work attire; cafeterias serve good food an have a lot of options

      Cons

      There is a lack of stability - people are always concerned there will be another RIF; major gap in senior level manager (directors) to manager communication; emotionally-driven reductions

      Major transformation in progress. New Senior Leadership team making all the right moves. Transparent executive communications to employees. Shedding the old obsolete ways while keeping the Bose Essence
