      Good pay, benefits & employee discount.

      Cons

      Poor change management, lacking transparency from mgmt, knee-jerky org and process changes, increasing political angst x-dept/function, no longer leading the market but following, slowly. The radically changed culture of the last year or so is driving many good people away.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.
