      Pros

      I got to work with some really great people and learned a lot. I felt that I was really on a team. Pretty good pay and benefits. 4 weeks off (with one being between Christmas and New Years) at the time. You can move around the company quite a bit if that's your desire. You can use your discount for friends and family (actually encouraged).

      Cons

      Job security is a big question mark. I was laid off not long after being hired. No equity or bonuses.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
