Great people, poor management. Maybe wait a couple years - Electrical Engineer II Bose Employee Review

Management is changing the roadmap and business strategy every other day, leading to frequent layoffs and lots of attrition. Old guard is getting pushed out, backfilling with newer employees. Lots of work to go around, but delegation of work is poor. Many folks are overworked and others are underutilized. Salaries are not amazing.
