Pros
They use to put some effort into making their employees happy and motivated. If you are at all interested in music/audio/technology it is very cool to see what the engineers come up with. They have excellent product design and innovation, excellent marketing. Give products to employees as part of raffles/prizes/contests.
Cons
Very difficult to grow your career. Management is very slow, very methodical and don't like to take risks, which means even after being their for five or more years it is difficult to move up in the company. Where you come in is generally where you stay. Recently changed senior level management and now its all about money. For the company, not you.
