Great place - Executive Director Bosma Employee Review

They do great things for the blind and visually impaired. I feel like my job has a purpose. The people are awesome, very friendly and inspirational. It's like a family, but not the toxic or dysfunctional family environment you get at many companies.

I'm sure there are cons (every company has them) but none come to mind.

Good health insurance, decent wages.

Foundation management is toxic. Performative, virtue signaling culture. Corporate greed. Record profits are stolen wages. They do not want to expand rehab services. They want to inflate their numbers to look good. I was never able to get a straight answer about budget line items. The whole C-suite is corrupt, selfish, and deceptive.
