Pros
Almost none, the only positive thing is the coworkers are friendly
Cons
1. Undefined Roles and Responsibilities: Job roles are vague and constantly shifting. Tasks are scattered, and you’ll end up handling responsibilities outside your role without direction or acknowledgment. 2. Toxic Leadership: Management lacks professionalism and leadership skills. Some leaders frequently make inappropriate sexual jokes, which cross boundaries and create discomfort. 3. Unhealthy Work Environment: Gossip is rampant. There is an employee who twist stories to create conflict and pit coworkers against each other. Others constantly report petty issues to management to curry favor. 4. No Work-Life Balance: Expect unpaid overtime and an unclear leave policy. You are often overworked without proper compensation. 5. Lack of Process and Structure: You’ll be left to deal with constant confusion and mismanagement. 6. No Professional Development: Onboarding and training are non-existent. New employees are thrown into project without guidance and are expected to figure things out themselves.
