Pros
You learn some basic sales skills.
Cons
They do not pay you as you should be compensated. The commission based pay you make half of it goes to the CEO. They make you come in at 7:15am every morning when you don't even do sales or are allowed to leave the office until around 10am to actually make money. They say it is for "morning meetings" which, by the way, are unpaid. You work in the heat, snow, rail, hail outside wherever you find a place that are in the area for the target market in which client you are working for. Basically forcing you to sell phones by yourself in some of the most dangerous neighborhoods of Boston. You don't get compensated for gas, and they don't even pay for sales permits! You solicit illegally outside various areas until you get kicked out. There were days I personally got kicked out three or four times, and many coworkers have been written tickets for illegally soliciting yet the company did not compensate them and made the employee pay (sometimes as much as $300). Not to mention- the company itself is not even compliant with their clients. Half their "agents" are not coded, and are selling things under another agents name without even being certified!! In addition, we were given almost nothing to work with, I even had to purchase my own table, they didn't give me a uniform of badge. It is a total pyramid scheme and I do not think anyone should make the mistake I did and fall for it. It made me go broke and created nothing but stress. Stay far away.
