Pros
Flexibility of working remotely as an IT employee. Decent health benefits with minimal out of pocket The mission is meaningful and there are a handful of sr leadership/executives that appear to truly believe in the mission and are attempting to drive the org towards that (VP of Revenue, CMO, VP of Mission, CQO)
Cons
Disorganized chaos Toxic leadership (most specifically the COO & CIO both of who breed toxic mid level leadership) Lack of consideration for colleagues - cut throat and "me" culture. Everyone works in silo'd divisions Completely inefficient (the only thing Lean about this place is the hamburger in the cafeteria) Lack of basic tools and equipment to do ones job (forget about getting a decent computer or having any space to collaborate with coworkers since the restructuring of campus) Extremely negative culture Poor employee morale Lack of communication Lack of teamwork Lack of inclusion
