Pay is the same for each position no matter what state you're in which means some people are doing very well and some people are NOT.

Starts off with decent pay $15/hour or higher, usually 4 day work weeks. Work is not hard and allows for other opportunities such as school or other.

Management is not of highest quality. Virtually no room for advancement. Management makes the job harder than it is. The nature of the job is difficult at times. Can be a stressful environment.
